Hall Hire – Policy and Charges
The Crestwood Hall and associated facilities were originally intended for the exclusive use of residents. This remains the ‘rule of thumb’, although wider community participation in events is encouraged where appropriate. Use of the hall must involve a Crestwood resident as the primary person responsible for any function. In the very rare event that a clash of bookings eventuates, the hall will be allocated to the categories of use in the order in which they are listed. There are 4 general categories of use:
All hall hire and bond charges will be reviewed regularly by the Management Committee.
Note: bond figures quoted below will be $300 for home owners and $500.00 for tenants.
